Destination weddings and romance travel

New digital magazine targets couples planning weddings, honeymoons or romantic getaways

A new digital magazine with a focus on LGBT destination weddings and romance travel is available for free download.

The publishers at GayDestinationWeddings say Voyage was created to fill a gap in the travel industry and inspire LGBT couples planning weddings, honeymoons or romantic getaways.

“We are thrilled to be the first to publish a digital destination-wedding magazine for same-sex couples,” says Melissa Pride-Fahs, marketing and communications director for Destination Weddings Travel Group. “It’s long overdue, and we believe all couples should have access to imagery, ideas and stories that speak to and move them.”

The premiere issue of the interactive magazine features exclusive photos of Bora Bora’s first legal same-sex marriage, alongside features on real weddings, emerging LGBT travel destinations and news on wedding trends and visual inspirations.

There’s also a “Pin it to Win it” contest, featuring a grand prize of a seven-night stay for two with Zoetry Wellness & Spas, an LGBT-friendly chain with properties throughout Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

Voyage will publish twice a year.
