Xtra’s not-so-live Toronto Pride webcast

Talk about a time delay

Xtra’s live webcast of the Toronto Pride parade didn’t go exactly as planned. We lost our wireless signal a few minutes into the parade, but our fearless hosts, Donnarama and Daytona Bitch, weathered the storm and soldiered on.

Their commentary (even when out of sync) is definitely worth watching. Check out the webcast video below.

Apologies from the video team for not being able to get this to you live on Pride Day.

On occasion, the number of editors and other staff who contribute to a story gets a little unwieldy to give a byline to everyone. That’s when we use “Xtra Staff” in place of the usual contributor info. If you would like more information on who contributed to a particular story, please contact us here.
